I love it when she says that in that raspy voice. Charlotte is such a bubbly animated character I actually enjoyed watching her move more than watching Tiana in the movie. Fanart here because... There isn't enough art of her on the internet.

I always find it curious that she's the "blonde princess of the city" and yet deviates more from the "Disney Princess" design than the protagonist herself.
I find her adorable too.
